At Busch's Inc., we're seeking a skilled Policy Associate to join our team. As a Policy Associate, you will be responsible for building department sales by making product recommendations, answering questions, and assisting guests with purchases. You will also set and maintain displays and sales floor, stock, price, and merchandise produce and floral items, and promote various products by preparing and offering samples.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building department sales by making product recommendations, answering questions, and assisting guests with purchases.
  • Setting and maintaining displays and sales floor.
  • Stocking, pricing, and merchandising produce and floral items.
  • Promoting various products by preparing and offering samples.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing department, equipment, work areas, service areas, containers, and utensils.
  • Following safe food handling and personal hygiene practices.
  • Receiving and storing department deliveries.
  • Rotating and culling product to ensure freshness and reduce shrink.
  • Crisping, trimming, and packaging produce items.
  • Ensuring all product, including salsa, guacamole, and vegetable trays, are prepared to specifications.
  • Assisting the floral department in the absence of floral coverage.
  • Adhering to all Busch's policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Building strong working relationships with guests, vendors, and associates.
  • Exemplifying key concepts of hospitality when interacting with guests.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma.
  • Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills.
  • Proficient selling skills, including the ability to ask questions, listen, and make product recommendations.
  • Proficient cleaning abilities to meet sanitation and visual standards.
