Our residential care services are designed to provide a safe and supportive environment, allowing our service users to lead independent lives.

We offer a fully paid induction and ongoing training, as well as the opportunity to undertake a qualification in health and social care, funded by Lifeways Group. You will work within the principles of person-centred support, enabling development and inclusion in everyday life. The salary for this role is approximately £19,000 - £21,000 per year, depending on experience.

The shift pattern rota basis includes some weekend working, but we also offer flexible hours, including part-time and sessional/bank options. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on the lives of those we support.
