About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Service – Food & Beverage professional to join our team at Arena Racing Company. As a key member of our hospitality operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue growth through effective food and beverage management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Hotel Operations Manager in monitoring budget and controlling labor costs and expenses.
- Collaborate with the Front of House Manager and F&B team to increase food and beverage revenue, focusing on non-resident sales and upselling opportunities.
- Develop and implement plans to boost F&B revenue, including strategies to attract more walk-in customers and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Support the Hotel Operations Manager in staffing requirements, including planning, assigning work, and establishing performance and development goals for team members.
- Ensure front-of-house staff provide guests with prompt, professional, and personalized service, adhering to local laws and health and safety regulations.
- Train team members on procedures and serve as a central communication point during emergency or crisis situations.
- Manage the 24-hour coverage of the Food & Beverage Area, including sourcing or providing emergency cover.
Requirements:
