About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Insights Manager to join our team at Paramount Global. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering actionable insights to inform business decisions across our International Brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interrogate all available research sources to provide internal and external partners with data analysis and insights to inform decision making.
  • Track the performance of key competitor channels and brands.
  • Prepare and present weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on brand performance to all departments.
  • Support the Insights Director in managing and delivering qualitative insight.
  • Manage primary research projects from concept to delivery.
  • Work closely with the Pay forecasting and finance team to provide up-to-date insights and analysis.
  • Proactively provide insights and adapt delivery based on partner needs.
  • Collaborate with International counterparts and teams to align strategy.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a strong knowledge and curiosity about television and film, and a passion for media.
  • High level of numeracy.
  • Hard-working and inquisitive mind.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Disciplined approach to ensuring projects and requests are completed accurately.
  • Previous viewer insight and/or research analysis experience, with a genuine interest in people and a curiosity for understanding TV viewing.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven knowledge of BARB & Techedge, media analysis tools and techniques.
  • Experience of VOD/non-linear insight and online reporting.
  • Experience of online measurement.
  • Experience of survey design.
  • Ability to produce high-quality written materials and deliver strong written and verbal presentations.
  • Previous experience in a Media company/Broadcaster.
