Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional research projects across the FMCG industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and executing world-class research studies, working closely with clients to understand their needs, and delivering actionable insights that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute quantitative and qualitative research studies across various methodologies
  • Lead client liaison and project management from research design to final debrief presentations
  • Develop and coach junior team members to enhance their research skills
  • Create insightful questionnaires and explore data to unlock meaningful insights
  • Deliver story-led presentations through various mediums

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an ad-hoc agency environment is essential
  • Quantitative experience is essential, with exposure to qualitative research preferable
  • Experience in report writing is essential
  • Ability to tell a story from data is essential
  • Agile and adaptable to client needs
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are required
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as a team are essential
  • Experience in the FMCG industry is beneficial
