Role Overview

We are seeking a Research Manager to become a vital part of our team. In this role, Research Managers oversee ongoing, ad hoc, and new business research projects. Collaborating closely with senior team members, they deliver strategic research outputs that are actionable for our clients. Working alongside project managers and Research Directors, Managers engage directly with clients, focusing on designing research solutions tailored to client needs while fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of a Research Manager include:

  • Overseeing the timely delivery of monthly and ad-hoc reports, ensuring each report meets our high-quality standards.
  • Integrating social data with audience insights and other marketing analytics to create a comprehensive view of brand performance or market trends.
  • Utilizing commercial and strategic insights to formulate clear, actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Coordinating research executives and freelancers within project teams, contributing to their professional development as researchers.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and their agencies, positioning yourself as a trusted partner in their marketing strategy.

While experience with social media analytics platforms (e.g., Pulsar, Brandwatch) is advantageous, familiarity with other digital tools such as Global Web Index, Google search data, or Google Analytics is also beneficial. We are particularly interested in candidates with a strong foundation in quantitative insight methods, capable of integrating diverse datasets into cohesive narratives.
