The company designs and manufactures innovative environmental monitoring solutions used for research and pollution monitoring in various industries such as green shipping, marine science, agriculture, and defense.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design authority for electronic, software, and mechanical design activities.
  2. Support the Director of Engineering in project management tasks, bid development, and business opportunities.
  3. Lead the Mechanical Design team, assign tasks, set project goals, negotiate with vendors and clients, ensuring projects meet time and budgetary constraints.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering (2.1 or higher) or equivalent experience working as a mechanical design engineer in a high-tech environment.
  • A solid understanding of engineering disciplines, with expertise in mechanical design.
  • Project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Experience leading a design team.
Benefits:
