About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our Point of Rental Software team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Develop and execute a lead generation strategy to identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development strategies.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrate a strong understanding of business principles, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other business applications.
  • Results-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
