About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Cleaning Operative to join our team at Tenon FM. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a better day, every day by maintaining clean and serviceable areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present and conduct yourself in a professional, courteous, and appropriate manner in accordance with company policies, procedures, guidelines, and values.
- Carry out all duties required in connection with cleaning and waste collection within designated premises.
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks and work alone and within a team.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
About You:
- Good time-keeping skills.
- Positive, professional, and can-do attitude.
- Friendly and helpful attitude to customers.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
