Job Overview

Hudson Shribman is seeking an experienced Regulatory Officer to support our technical aspects of regulatory administration and compliance across the global business in Europe, Middle East and Africa region.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and supply Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in support of Technical Grade active substances, Manufacturing Use Products (MUP), and finished products in multiple languages.
  2. Manage the SDS database, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  3. Update and maintain labels of Technical Grade active substance and MUP drums in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Ensure Biocidal Product Master Labels are updated and maintained in regulatory compliance.
  5. Coordinate the process for providing Active substance regulatory endpoint documents to customers.
  6. Translate key documents, including summaries of product characteristics and product master labels.
  7. Monitor developments in and provide guidance on relevant regulations, including:
  • Regulation (EU) 528/2012 (Biocidal Products Regulation or 'BPR')
  • Regulation (EU) 1907/2006 (REACH Regulation)
  • Regulation (EU) 1272/2008 (CLP Regulation) and associated Acts.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have solid experience in SDS preparation and management, as well as knowledge of relevant regulations. They will be able to work independently and as part of a small but global team.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 Package

Working Hours: Hybrid, 2 days a week onsite (flexible)
