About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and deadline-focused individual to manage book production from manuscript to print and eBook editions.

Key Duties
  • Maintaining production schedules, databases, and relationships with authors, freelancers, and suppliers.
  • Candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as good numeracy skills to calculate book costings.
Desirable Skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, working well in a small team.
  • Experience in book production, including freelancers and suppliers.

The role is office based, with potential for hybrid working. Estimated salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per year.
