About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Consumer business team at Kenvue. As a key member of our Marketing Team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Nicorette brand across the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand growth and revenue in the UK and Ireland.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent end-to-end execution and achieve business objectives.
  • Lead media planning and digital initiatives to drive consumer engagement and brand awareness.
  • Partner with commercial teams to develop and execute commercial plans to unlock category growth with key retail partners.
  • Use analytical skills to shape and size commercial and innovation opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a marketing role with a strong track record of performance in a matrixed organization.
  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience and brand management experience in an FMCG environment.
  • People management experience essential, responsible for coaching and developing talent.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L development.
