Shopper Marketing Executive

Consult is seeking a highly skilled Shopper Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Shopper Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in assisting the FMCG environment and working with market leading brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a Shopper Marketing Execution Plan for the Retail District, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of shopper behavior, preferences, and shopping habits to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with Category Development Managers, Key Account Managers, and Area Portfolio & Trade Marketing Managers to identify growth opportunities and develop effective marketing plans.
  • Build strong relationships with key marketing personnel at customer accounts, understanding their go-to-market strategies, target audiences, and operations to align marketing efforts.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in shopper marketing, with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
