Shopper Marketing Executive Opportunity

Pertemps Reading is seeking a skilled Shopper Marketing Executive to join our client in Bracknell. This is a 1-year contract with a hybrid working model, requiring 1 day per week at the HQ.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a Shopper Marketing Execution Plan for the Retail District, driving growth and revenue.
  • Gain a deep understanding of assigned shopper groups, their needs, and shopping habits to create effective marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with Category Development Managers, Key Account Managers, and Area Portfolio & Trade Marketing Managers to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date on 3M brands, products, and brand campaigns to promote them effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with key marketing personnel at customer accounts, understanding their go-to-market strategies, target audiences, and operations.
  • Evaluate the financial viability of marketing tactics, manage budgets, and analyze marketing performance to optimize future strategies.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing or higher from an accredited institution.
  • Experience in Shopper or Consumer Marketing or Account Management within FMCG.
  • Strong analytical aptitude and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.

  • Commercial acumen and project management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Travel may include up to 20% domestic.
