About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Minster. As a key member of our sales and operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in leading and developing a team of up to 14 individuals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Development: Assist the Branch Manager in leading and developing a high-performing team, focusing on sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Customer Experience: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our product lines and services, making the most of all customer interactions to drive sales and growth.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market data to support plans for sales growth and business development.
  • Operational Excellence: Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organize delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey.
  • Health and Safety: Lead the team to prioritize health and safety, demonstrating best practices to ensure a safe working environment.
