About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Minster. As a key member of our branch management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in leading and developing a team of up to 14 staff members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Development: Act as first line support to the Branch Manager to lead and support the team to deliver success and suggest opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Product Knowledge: Get to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop great relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions to deliver the best experience possible.
  • Market Knowledge: Get to know the local market to support plans for sales growth.
  • Operational Efficiency: Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organise delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey.
  • Health and Safety: Lead your team to make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work.
