We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at TimePlan Education. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in the lives of Year 3 and Year 4 students.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience supporting children in a classroom setting, preferably at Key Stage 2. They will be passionate about education and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In this role, you will provide individualized support to pupils during lessons, collaborate with the class teacher to deliver effective lessons, and contribute to the development of literacy, numeracy, and social skills.

You will work closely with small groups or individual students, adapting to their unique requirements, and maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-organized classroom environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide individualized support to pupils during lessons.
  • Collaborate with the class teacher to deliver effective lessons.
  • Contribute to the development of literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
  • Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-organized classroom environment.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience supporting children within a classroom setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A patient, adaptable, and nurturing approach to education.

**Desirable Qualifications:**

  • Relevant qualifications in education or child development.
  • Knowledge of strategies to support pupils with additional needs or SEN.

**Location:** Northampton

**Contract Type:** Full Time, Monday-Friday, Term Time Only

**Salary:** £90-£100 per day
