Key Responsibilities:- Answer incoming telephone queries from clients, IFAs, investors, and other financial institutions
- Accept account servicing questions and take appropriate action
- Provide portfolio valuations and update customer account details

- Exhibit knowledge of investment products, including ISAs, Unit Trusts, Investment Trusts, and OEICs
- Customer services experience, either face-to-face or over the phone
- Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to respond to complex customer queries
- Organised and able to work on own initiative when required
- Basic computer skills
- Empathy towards clients' needs
- Keenness to make a career in the financial services industry
We provide a comprehensive training course, which can last up to 12 weeks, and is a mix of classroom-based and on-the-phone training. This will provide you with all the support and learning you need to excel in this role.
