About the Role

This is an office-based position working with the Retail Presentation Manager and store retail teams to provide Visual Merchandising (VM) support to our stores as we continue to grow, expand, and improve the aesthetics and experience in store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to inquiries from stores regarding visual displays, VM guidelines, graphics, and point-of-sale materials.
  • Organize and update VM communications and guidelines as directed by the VM Manager.
  • Collaborate with external print suppliers to identify cost-effective graphic solutions, source new suppliers, and negotiate costs when necessary.
  • Provide stores with timely and helpful information regarding visual displays, VM, and graphics.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stores and Area Managers to support the retail functions of the business.
  • Conduct audits and store graphic requests to ensure stores maintain adequate levels of stocks on vital VM equipment and graphics.
  • Manage the procurement and supply of graphic and point-of-sale solutions.
  • Plan and organize graphics and point-of-sale materials for new stores.
  • Develop working relationships with key head office functions (such as creative, design, and marketing) to ensure retail graphics are current and align with the brand direction.
  • Efficiently manage external business relationships.

Requirements

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of the retail industry.
  • Good understanding of print processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all communication channels.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
