**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Project Director to join our team at Linsco Ltd. as a Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site staff, sub-contractors, and operatives, as well as producing RAMS and project management plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage site staff, sub-contractors, and operatives to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Produce RAMS and project management plans to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor contract costs against agreed budgets and prepare programme of works.
- Manage design co-ordination and the timely completion of contracts.
- Build good relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff within projects.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in the civils sector working for a main contractor and specifically within highways projects.
- Already a highly experienced PM or Senior PM.
- SMSTS, Temp Work Coordinator, and CSCS qualifications.
- Knowledge of NEC contracts and ICE membership would be advantageous.
- UK driving licence is essential.
