We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Commercial Manager to lead our QS team and procurement function across the business. As a key member of our commercial team, you will work closely with Senior Operations Managers to lead and support all financial and commercial aspects of schemes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial aspects of all contracts through to final accounting and project handover
• Develop, nurture and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders
• Support the commercial team in the identification and correct management of change events
• Ensure accurate financial and contractual performance forecasts are in place across all projects
• Monitor cash flow and ensure budgets are achieved
• Provide leadership across the commercial and procurement teams and carry out recruitment as the business continues to grow

Requirements

Suitable candidates will be educated to BSc Quantity Surveying and will be able to demonstrate experience working on civils and or utility projects. The Senior Commercial Manager must be proactive, highly driven and will have first-class communication skills, able to build excellent working relationships with clients and stakeholders.

You will be a natural leader with the ability to inspire those around you and be able to adapt to changing workloads and work to tight deadlines.
