Business Development Manager

Symphony Group PLC is seeking a highly skilled Business Account Manager to join our Contract New Build Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our successful relationships with New Build Contractors, promoting our high-standard products in new build homes across the Cheltenham area and potentially other parts of the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Servicing and managing existing accounts to a high standard, ensuring strong relationships with Contractors.
- Managing call-offs, preparing quotations, amendments, managing debt, and customer expectations, while proactively managing delivery dates, extras, and variations.
- Achieving turnover growth within existing and new accounts, leveraging sales experience to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Experience working within fast-track building processes, dealing with Contractors, ideally within the Kitchen, Bathroom, or Bedroom industry.
- Knowledge of the industry, company terms of trading, range of manufactured and bought-out products, and major competitors.
- A full UK driving license.
What You'll Bring:
- Confident communication skills to develop relationships with Architects, Specifiers, Site/Project Managers, Buyers, Senior Managers, and Directors.
