About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Night Senior Carer, you will be responsible for leading a team of Care Assistants and supporting the clinical team in specific areas such as medication management.

You will be expected to deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support to our residents, respecting their dignity and preferences. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising a team of Care Assistants
  • Supporting the clinical team in medication management
  • Delivering person-centred care and support to our residents

Salary and Benefits
