Job Title: Advanced Clinical Practitioner Role

In a primary care setting, we are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work collaboratively with the general practice team, providing expert care and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
* Safe clinical decision-making and assessment skills for patients within the general practice.
* Collaborate with the general practice team to meet patient needs, supporting policy delivery and procedures, and providing nurse leadership as required.

* An annual salary of up to £60,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
* 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata.
* One week paid CPD/study leave pro rata per year, along with in-house training sessions tailored to your needs.

Person Specification:
* Experience in a primary care setting.
