Clinical Pharmacy Medicines Management Role

This Clinical Pharmacy Medicines Management Role is an exciting opportunity to work within a well-developed ward-based clinical services environment. As a key member of the team, you will assist our clinical pharmacists in ensuring the safe use of medicines for patients.
You will be responsible for assessing patient's own medicines, electronic ordering of medicines, counselling patients about new medicines, and assisting ward staff in the safe use of medicines.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to cover dispensary-based tasks, including labelling and dispensing prescriptions, final accuracy checking of dispensed medicines, and counselling out-patients on the use of their medicines.
