Job Title: Benefits Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Administrator to join our team at Princes Limited. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our benefits design and ensuring the smooth delivery of compensation and benefits policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the People Operations Manager to review and improve the benefits offering to all colleagues, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Support the administration of key annual processes linked to reward, including salary review, bonus processing, and flexible holiday schemes, as well as colleague communications related to these areas.
  • Act as the first point of contact for queries related to reward, benefits, and compensation, focusing on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
  • Administer key reward and recognition processes, including 'Pride in Princes' and long service, as well as manage and improve our benefits portal, Perkbox.
  • Support the administration of benefits, including critical illness scheme, life assurance, cycle to work, and season ticket loans, and coordinate with external providers as necessary.
  • Coordinate the internal job evaluation panel process.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a Reward or Benefits linked role, ideally with a sole focus or within an HR generalist role, preferably within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong administration skills with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a genuine interest and passion for reward/benefits/compensation.
  • Data-driven with the ability to manipulate information for reporting and analysis purposes, as well as to support annual processes.
  • Excel intermediate level.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate to and influence others - strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills with the ability to manage multiple, sometimes conflicting, priorities effectively and adapt quickly to the changing needs of the function and wider business.
  • Calm under pressure, with the ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize own and team workload accordingly.
