Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our People Operations team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the administration of compensation and benefits policies, including salary review, bonus processing, and flexible holiday schemes.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a reward or benefits role, preferably within an FMCG or manufacturing environment. Strong administration skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills are essential for this position.

You will work closely with the People Operations Manager to continually review and improve the benefits offering to all colleagues, shaping the future of Princes benefits design. This is a brand new role due to growth within our People Operations team, offering a rare and exciting opportunity to build or start your journey within the Rewards and Benefits field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer compensation and benefits policies, including salary review, bonus processing, and flexible holiday schemes.
  • Support the administration of key annual processes linked to reward, including colleague communications.
  • First point of contact for queries related to reward, benefits, and compensation.
  • Responsible for the administration of key reward and recognition processes, including 'Pride in Princes' and long service.
  • Support the administration of and liaise with external providers for benefits, including critical illness scheme, life assurance, cycle to work, and season ticket loans.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a reward or benefits role, preferably within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong administration skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated with a genuine interest and passion for reward/benefits/compensation.
  • Data-driven with the ability to manipulate information for reporting and analysis purposes.
  • Excel intermediate level.
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
