Care Home Night Nurse Position

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our client's nursing team in a Care Home setting. As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our residents, working collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivering Individualized Care: Provide tailored nursing care to each patient, taking into account their unique needs and care plans.
- Medication Administration: Accurately administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Patient Monitoring: Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical data, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care practices, empowering them to take an active role in their care.
- RGN Qualification: Hold a valid Registered General Nurse (Adult) qualification.
- UK NMC Pin: Possess a current and valid UK NMC Pin.
- Clinical Skills: Demonstrate proficient clinical skills and comprehensive knowledge of nursing best practices.
- Communication Skills: Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach.
- Stress Management: Remain composed and attentive in high-stress situations, delivering exceptional care.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Demonstrate dedication to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in healthcare practices.
