Care Home Night Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our client's nursing team in a care home setting. As a Night Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver individualized nursing care to residents, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and preferences.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical data, providing critical information to healthcare teams.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care, promoting a culture of teamwork and open communication.
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, empowering them with self-care practices and promoting independence.
- RGN Registered General Nurse (Adult) qualification.
- Current and valid UK NMC Pin.
- Proficient clinical skills and comprehensive knowledge of nursing best practices.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach.
- Ability to remain composed and attentive in high-stress situations, delivering exceptional care.
- Dedication to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in healthcare practices.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £20 and a 42-hour workweek. Please note that our client does not offer Tier 2 sponsorship.
