Job Title: Care Home Night Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our client's nursing team in a care home setting. As a Night Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver individualized nursing care to residents, tailored to their unique needs and care plans.
  2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
  3. Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical data accurately.
  4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  5. Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care practices.
Requirements:
  1. RGN Registered General Nurse (Adult) qualification.
  2. Current and valid UK NMC Pin.
  3. Proficient clinical skills and comprehensive knowledge of nursing best practices.
  4. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach.
  5. Ability to remain composed and attentive in high-stress situations while delivering exceptional care.
  6. Dedication to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in healthcare practices.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £20 and a 42-hour workweek. Please note that our client does not offer Tier 2 sponsorship.
