Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Unit Advisor to join our team at OFGEM. As a key member of our Delivery Unit, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of energy regulation and contributing to our mission of promoting cleaner, more sustainable energy solutions.

As a Delivery Unit Advisor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality analysis and research to support the development of policy and regulatory solutions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize key issues, and develop effective solutions to address them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert analysis and research to support the development of policy and regulatory solutions
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize key issues
  • Develop effective solutions to address key issues, including policy briefs, reports, and presentations
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of projects and initiatives
  • Contribute to the development of the Delivery Unit's strategic goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Proven experience in energy policy and regulation, with a strong understanding of the UK energy market
  • Excellent analytical and research skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions
