Raise the Bar in Residential Housekeeping

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Residential Team Leader to join our residential housekeeping team at Warner Hotels. As a Residential Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team of housekeepers and driving excellence in housekeeping standards.

About the Role:

Your key focus will be on developing team members through in-house training and externally recognised qualifications. You will also be responsible for offering 20% discount on Bourne Leisure brands, including Warner Leisure Hotels and Haven Holidays. Additionally, you may be eligible for a potential live-in opportunity, free gym and leisure facilities, and discounted food.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Housekeeping Manager to maintain high standards, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Lead, motivate, and engage the team, even at peak times.
  • Improve housekeeping standards, manage costs, and create a rewarding environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading a team in a similar role.
  • Management or cleaning qualification, or willingness to develop to this level.
  • Ability to manage costs, create a growth environment, and communicate effectively.

Salary: £23,000 - £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
