Paid Media Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Manager to join our team at JD Group. As a key member of our Paid Media Department, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and account direction for our Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns.
As a Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing a high level of Paid Search and Paid Social accounts, working closely with our tier 1 partners such as Google, Facebook, and Twitter. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing best-in-class Paid Media strategies, as well as mentoring and developing our junior team members.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement Paid Media strategies across Paid Search and Paid Social channels
- Manage and optimize Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns to achieve maximum ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of Paid Media campaigns
- Mentor and develop junior team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Paid Media trends and technologies to ensure JD Group remains at the forefront of the industry
- Proven experience in Paid Media management, with a strong understanding of Paid Search and Paid Social channels
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High level of numeracy and literacy, with excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
