Paid Media Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Lead to join our senior team and help drive our market-leading in-house Paid Media team to new heights. As a key figurehead, you will spearhead best-in-class Paid Media strategy, automation, and implementation across Paid Search, Paid Social & Digital Display.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive full-funnel paid media campaigns, providing detailed reports on performance and outcomes.
- Manage and own relationships with external suppliers, including Google, Bing, Meta, Snap, and TikTok, from a strategic and project perspective.
- Oversee key projects in the team, such as implementing new strategies, feed management, and change of tech provider.
- Support your Managers in continually reviewing and suggesting changes to tactics based on current performance and impact on campaign goals and KPIs.
- Drive business performance by developing and managing your team, ensuring each member has annual objectives and a PDP to focus on personal and professional training, development, and education.
- Act as a point of escalation and manage challenging situations.
- A high degree of numeracy and literacy is essential.
- Ability to work under pressure in a performance-driven environment.
- Aptitude to build and maintain strong working relationships.
- Effective in team management, with a team of 4-6 people.
- Highly literate in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Office365, and Google Docs.
- Excellent communicator, comfortable in articulating actions.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
- A high attention to detail.
- Experience managing sophisticated Paid Search/Paid Social campaigns and teams.
- In-depth knowledge of Paid Media, from an implementation and planning perspective.
- Managing Google Shopping/P-Max, Meta DPA, Retargeting & Advantage+ Shopping campaigns.
- Feed Management & Feed Technology knowledge.
- CSS experience.
- Google Analytics experience.
- Working with multiple attribution models.
- An appreciation of the Paid Media ecosystem, including how Paid Search influences Paid Social.
- Facebook Blueprint Certified.
- Google Ads Certified.
