About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paid Media Manager to join our team at JD Sports. As a Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and direction of our Paid Media campaigns, working closely with our senior executives and management team to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective Paid Media strategies across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Digital Display channels.
- Manage and optimize Paid Media campaigns to achieve business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Paid Media specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Content, and Analytics, to ensure seamless execution of Paid Media campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, identifying opportunities to innovate and improve Paid Media strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including external suppliers and partners.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Paid Media management, with a strong track record of delivering business growth and success.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
