Senior Mental Health Practitioner - Band 6 - Darwin Centre:

The North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare Trust is committed to delivering high-quality care to younger people. As a Senior Mental Health Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in our therapeutic service, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional care.

Main Responsibilities

As a Senior Mental Health Practitioner, you will be responsible for the delivery of care, supervision of others, and maintenance of standards. You will participate in effective management of the team and unit, ensuring seamless integration with the multi-disciplinary team. You will also act as a reliable role model for junior staff.
