Workshop Operations Lead

M2P Engineering is a dynamic company that values quality and efficiency in all aspects of our operations. We are currently seeking a Workshop Operations Lead to oversee our fabrication projects and manage teams.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. As a Workshop Operations Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our workshops and managing teams to achieve key objectives.
- Manage project resources and deliverables to ensure efficient workflow
- Coordinating with workshop supervisors to ensure quality and timely project delivery
- Working closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project requirements and expectations
- Monitoring progress and implementing solutions to overcome any challenges
- Maintaining strict adherence to safety, quality, and specific client technical standards
Salary for this role is estimated at around £55,000-£75,000 per annum.
Your Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in fabrication coordination or project management within the fabrication or construction sectors
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
