We are seeking a highly skilled Leadership and Quality Manager to join our team at Educated Appointments. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership, quality management, and operational skills.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Vocational Tutors, providing day-to-day line management and support, and ensuring the effective delivery of contracts. They will also oversee and manage operational quality and compliance activities in collaboration with senior leaders.

This role requires flexibility, personal drive, and a commitment to exceeding contractual targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve high levels of performance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and Motivate a Team
  • Supervise and support team members, ensuring channels of communication within the company are maintained.
  • Monitor quality of provision from the learner/employer perspective and implement arrangements for continuous improvement.
Lead Operational Quality and Compliance
  • Oversight and management of operational quality and compliance activities.
  • Collaboration with senior leaders to ensure effective delivery of contracts.
Support Business Operations
  • Liaise regularly with senior leadership colleagues to understand key business priorities, risks, and issues.
  • Contribute to maintaining Learner Management Systems to provide statistical and financial information.
