Restaurant Shift/Floor Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Shift/Floor Manager to lead our team. With a competitive salary of $50 per hour, this role offers opportunities for growth and professional development in a dynamic environment.

About the Role

This key management position requires exceptional customer service skills, as well as operational efficiency expertise. As a Floor Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Foster a customer-focused culture in all areas of restaurant operations, support staff to maintain operational efficiency, conduct regular store walks, provide feedback to team members, and perform performance management when necessary.
  • Driving Sales: Analyze sales data, popular products, peak trade times, and adjust strategies accordingly; evaluate opportunities for improvement, set goals, and provide support to employees.
  • Maintenance and Hygiene: Maintain operational standards, cleanliness, food quality, food hygiene standards, customer experience, speed of service, and hospitality; manage inventory, health and safety programs, and report incidents promptly.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A flexible and disciplined approach to work.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the food industry.
