Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring timely ordering and restocking.
  • Assume leadership of the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
  • Creativity and passion for cooking with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 or higher preferred).
