Night Shift Operations Manager

Pharmacy 2U Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Shift Manager to join our team. As a Night Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our night shift operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive continuous improvement within the facility, ensuring adherence to all legal, ethical, professional, and company requirements.
- Provide training, development, and performance reviews of your team and support them with appropriate feedback when required.
- Engage your team by delivering daily team briefings and debriefings to ensure the performance and welfare of the team is as high as possible.
- Monitor and report KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics.
- Report all near misses, accidents, and incidents in compliance with HSE and company policies.
- Proven experience at Senior Manager level, and in managing and developing a large warehouse team (including managing team leaders/supervisory level staff in a high volume environment).
- Experience/involvement in continuous improvement projects and implementing new processes.
- Ability to use Excel and WMS Systems at a proficient level.
- Must be willing to participate in NVQ Level 2 Dispensing Assistants Course when made available.
- All successful applicants will be required to undergo a DBS check.
