Night Care Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Care Assistant to join our care team in our residential care home for older people in Leicester.

Our care team provides care 24/7 for our residents, and we need staff to work through the night, providing care and support to very frail and sometimes sick residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care to residents, promoting their health and well-being.
  • Support residents with personal care, such as bathing and dressing.
  • Assist residents with eating and drinking.
  • Treat residents with dignity and respect.
  • Support residents to maintain independence and encourage them to participate in community activities.
  • Assist with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry.
  • Provide end-of-life care.
About You:
  • You should be able to work with older people and have empathy for their needs.
  • You should be able to work in a team and be willing to take on any task to provide excellent care.
  • You should be well-organised, adaptable, and practical.
Working Hours:

Shifts: 22 hours per week / 2 night shifts per week
