People Operations Coordinator

Your Role at Peabody
As a People Operations Assistant at Peabody, you will be the first point of contact for People Operations support via email and phone, responsible for establishing and preserving strong relationships with internal colleagues, providing accurate and timely customer service, and resolving People transactions and administration queries, within agreed service levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the resolution of customer issues
- Work alongside the People Advisors and Operations Manager daily with tasks and activities that span the whole of the colleague lifecycle
- Provide high-quality service to key stakeholders
- Carry out data entry and data maintenance in our people systems in relation to all colleague information, championing data integrity and utilising the system to its full capability
- Review colleague DBS applications and ensure they are processed as soon as possible
Requirements
- Highly organised and self-motivated
- Able to adapt and be flexible, with the ability to juggle multiple different tasks at the same time
- Attention to detail orientated
- Able to work independently, exercising good initiative and judgement
