About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Corecruitment International. As a key member of our property development team, you will be responsible for delivering high-profile entertainment venues across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including building construction, equipment installation, and interior fit-out.
  • Collaborate with architects, consultants, and external subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior management, operations teams, and suppliers.
  • Provide financial management and commercial acumen to drive project profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale construction projects in the hospitality sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building construction, equipment installation, and interior fit-out.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Financial management and commercial acumen, with a focus on driving project profitability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
