Equestrian Coach Position

Sparsholt College is seeking an experienced Equestrian Coach to join its team. As a key member of the Equine Centre, you will play a crucial role in planning and delivering equestrian coaching and practical skills for Further Education equine students and commercial riding activity.
The ideal candidate will have attained a minimum of BHS stage two teach and be willing to attain BHS stage three. You will work under the guidance of the Equine Centre Manager and contribute to the development of our equine programmes.
As a full-time coach, you will be responsible for teaching a range of subjects including riding, horse care, and equine-related sciences. You will also assist with the recruitment, induction, and development of part-time coaches and instructors.
We offer a competitive salary of £24,500 per annum (pro rata if part year), plus a Recruitment Attraction Payment of £2,000 fte. Our benefits package includes eligibility to join the Local Government Pension Scheme, free on-site parking, occupational sick pay, and more.
