Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Provide outstanding support to our customers, responding promptly to their queries and resolving any issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement sales strategies, driving growth and increasing revenue.
• Utilise our CRM system to manage customer interactions, track progress, and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the Office Manager to allocate tasks and resources, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
• A proven track record in sales or customer-facing roles, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
• Ability to work independently, managing own workload and prioritising tasks effectively.
• Friendly, approachable, and solution-focused, with a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.
