We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Retention Manager to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving new member sales, maximizing retention, and overall growth of the live member movement through various strategies inside and outside of the gym.
Key Responsibilities- Represent the Gym as an Ambassador - Demonstrate our elevated ways of working and advocate for our sales process, leading by example and supporting the wider team to improve confidence and performance.
- Drive New Member Sales and Retention - Focus on driving new member sales and retaining existing members to grow the live member movement.
- Owning Activity Planners - Ensure activity planners are thorough, well-planned, and executed.
- Implement Strategies - Develop and implement strategies to increase lead generation both internally and externally.
- Monitor Dashboards and KPIs - Monitor dashboards and KPIs, communicating key insights to the wider team.
- Drive Revenue Lines - Drive all revenue lines from membership sales to product and secondary sales to drive profitability of the gym.
- Prepare Sales Presentations - Prepare and deliver monthly sales presentations to the wider management team.
- Build Local Partnerships - Build key relationships with local businesses to evolve local partnerships.
- Develop Membership Opportunities - Develop the #WeMoveBusinesses membership opportunities (both new and existing).
- Lead by Example - Lead by example on reception and the gym floor in this member-facing role designed to enhance every visit.
- Buy-in to National Focuses - Buy-in to national focuses and incentives like #WorkoutWednesday and #WeCommunicate.
- Deliver Constructive Feedback - Willingly and able to deliver honest, constructive feedback regularly to support all team members in achieving their potential and challenging them on a daily basis.
- Passion for Health, Fitness, and Wellness - A passion for health, fitness, and wellness.
