About the Role

This is a full-time position reporting directly into the General Manager. Our Sales and Retention Managers are responsible for supporting the team in the successful operation of the gym, with a specific responsibility for driving new member sales, maximizing retention, and overall growth of the live member movement through various strategies inside and outside of the gym.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive all revenue lines from membership sales to product and secondary sales to drive profitability of the gym
  • Prepare and deliver monthly sales presentations to the wider management team
  • Build key relationships with local businesses to evolve local partnerships
  • Advocate for our FUNDAMENTALS sales process, leading by example and supporting the wider team to improve confidence and performance
  • Focus on driving new member sales and retaining existing members to grow live member movement
