As a Service Engineer - Metrology, you will be responsible for visiting client sites to install, maintain, and repair industrial scales and weighing equipment. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.

Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus overtime pay and bonus opportunities. Benefits include a company vehicle, pension scheme, holiday entitlement, and expenses allowance.

About the Role:
Variety of Tasks
• Install, maintain, and repair industrial scales and weighing equipment at client sites.
• Conduct on-site calibrations and repairs as required.
• Complete calibration certificates and paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications
• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, electronics).
• Proven experience in maintenance, repair, and calibration of industrial equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required by clients.
