Job Summary:
Holt Recruitment is looking for a highly skilled Vehicle Maintenance Technician Lead to join their team. As an expert in automotive repair, you will be responsible for dismantling, repairing, and rebuilding vehicles, ensuring they meet high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, be able to work independently, and have strong communication skills.

Estimated Salary: £35,000-£45,000 per annum depending on experience. Additionally, this role includes bonus opportunities, paid travel expenses, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:
  • Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicle components
  • Inspect and test vehicles to ensure quality and safety
  • Communicate with colleagues and management to coordinate repairs and maintenance

Requirements:
  • Tertiary education in automotive technology or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in vehicle maintenance or repair
  • Valid certifications such as ATA or equivalent
